Use your cloth, but not the spray, that should get it off. Alternatively, take it back and have them do it with the lenses out of the frame to be sure they get it all.

Remove scratched, flaking, or bubbling, anti-reflective coating from your glasses with alcohol and toothpaste or baking soda

Something similar looking happened to my glasses that I had been wiping clean with my shirt instead of the eyeglasses cloth -- damaged the coating on the lens and eventually had to send it in for a few weeks to get it replaced
